All classes and crops are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Crop fee is $15.00 per person for Saturday and Sunday, private crops, unless otherwise noted. 

Advance registration and payment are required (unless otherwise stated).   

Crop and Class fees are non-refundable.  

Cancellations made prior to the registration deadline:  the class or crop fee may be applied to another class or crop on the schedule.

Class Cancellations made after the registration deadline but prior to 48 hours before class,  one-half of the class fee can be applied to another class on the schedule.   Entire class fees will be forfeited if at least a 48 hour notice is not given.  (Depending on the type of class, a kit may be available.)
